We live in a digital era and most of us are addicted to our smartphones because there is our virtual world, our freedom to express feelings. Have you wondered why many people are very pessimistic about their main goals in life?

Being the last year high school student made me really think about how I can manage my time to learn and be productive every day in order to prepare for the final exam. In September I noted my goals for this year and the main ones are to get good grades for applying to college.

1. Studying helps you to develop your focus mode.

I still remember when I was in the first year of high school doing my homework and get really distracted after 1 hour of doing mathematics. Studying constantly those years really improved my focus mode and now I can learn from 2 to 3 hours without getting distracted or checking my phone. A great way that I still use is to hide my phone from the place I study. Another technique to get into your no-distraction mode is to change your clothes from the ones you use in your house. In this way, your mind knows that something is serious and the mindset will instantly change.

2. Studying makes you be comfortable with hard tasks
